By downloading and playing Puffies Pop you accept these terms. The game is developed by Ozcorpsgame.
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use Puffies Pop for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game itself, its graphics, audio and level designs belong to Ozcorpsgame.
You must not: reverse engineer or modify the game, or distribute a modified version; buy or sell in-game currency for real money; play using automated tools; or place excessive load on our servers.
Smoothies, coins, lives and power-ups are virtual items with no real-world monetary value, usable only inside the game. They are not your property but a right to use them within the game; they cannot be converted to real money, transferred to another person, or taken outside the game.
We may change their quantity, price and how they are earned for game balance.
Payments are taken by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your card details.
A purchase reaches your account once the store confirms payment and our server verifies the receipt. This normally takes seconds; if network problems delay it, it completes the next time you open the app.
A purchase is delivered once. Transaction IDs are recorded so the same receipt is not rewarded twice.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's own policy:
If a problem meant you did not receive what you paid for, write to us first — in most cases we can fix it directly.
The game is free and supported by advertising. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one. Ad content is determined by the ad network; see the Privacy Policy.
You can play without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, your progress moves between devices.
We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms (using cheat tools, abusing the payment system). If that happens we will tell you why and you may appeal.
You can request deletion of your account at any time: Account & Data Deletion.
Puffies Pop is provided as is. The game may be temporarily unavailable because of server maintenance, updates or technical problems. If we have to discontinue the game, we will give reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be limited by contract.
If these terms change, the date above is updated and significant changes are announced in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the rights granted to you by the consumer legislation of your country of residence are unaffected.
